 Anubhav Prasad is an accomplished corporate executive with 9+ years of relevant experience delivering sustainable growth for large and small companies. Across USA and Canada, his experiences include working at innovative companies like Amazon, Apple Inc. and CurveBeam AI. Anubhav is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt holder and has successfully demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in different geographies, while managing budgets exceeding $100+MM. 

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Massachusetts, where he was a member of the Zeta Psi Fraternity and President of the South Asian Students Association (2014). When not working, Anubhav is busy playing with his dog Theo or training and competing for endurances races like Spartan, Ironman 70.3 and  half/full marathons.

Mukesh Prasad is a seasoned Leader in Business Excellence and Total Quality Management, with 38+ years of experience driving global operational success. He has worked with leading Tata Group companies across international markets on business excellence models, including Tata NYK Shipping in Singapore, Tata Steel in Thailand, Voltas, and Tata Housing. As a former Head of Total Quality Management (TQM) at Tata Steel, India and Corporate Quality Head at TRF Ltd., Mukesh had led several high impact improvement initiatives across his career. 

He holds an MBA from XLRI in Jamshedpur, India and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from BIT Mesra in Ranchi, India. As Company Director at ConsultCraft Inc., Mr. Prasad oversees our strategic operations, decision making, and engagement for the company.

With an impressive educational background that includes an MBA from IIM Kolkata in Marketing and Operations, and a B.Tech degree from IIT Kharagpur where he graduated top of class, Rajesh Prasad brings a solid foundation to our company board at ConsultCraft. His professional journey spans over 40+ years, showcasing unparalleled leadership across the steel, aluminum and construction industries. Rajesh's career highlights include serving as - Executive Director at Tower Aluminum PLC Nigeria, Head of Domestic Marketing at JSW Steel Ltd. India, and Member Board of Management & Chief Commercial Officer at Gammon India Ltd. 

He served as an Associate Professor of Management at NMIMS University Mumbai, seamlessly bridging industry insights with academic knowledge. This unique blend of techno-commercial acumen, global experience, and strategic vision positions him perfectly to contribute significantly to our company's growth and sucsess. 

 We are pleased to announce the appointment of Col. Ajay Singh (Retd.) to our Directors Board, effective January 2025. Col. Singh brings with him over 35 years of distinguished service in the Indian Army, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic planning capabilities across various challenging terrains and operations. 

During his illustrious military career, Col. Singh served all over India. He led extensive counter-insurgency operations in Jammu & Kashmir and the North-Eastern regions, commanding an infantry battalion along the Line of Control. He was also involved in the Indian Army's high-altitude warfare in Siachen, where he trained units in specialized mountain warfare techniques and commando training. Col. Singh is a graduate from Indian Millitary Academy (IMA) in Dehradun, India. He holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode, India. Additionally, he holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Personnel Management from Pune University. 

He is an avid golfer, and has won numerous tournaments across India. Post his retirement, Col. Singh has been actively involved in security consulting, bringing a unique blend of military discipline, leadership acumen, and strategic thinking to the corporate world. His appointment reinforces our commitment to incorporating diverse perspectives and proven leadership expertise into our organization's governance structure. 

Tanner Smith brings relevant product expertise and a passion for Sports that perfectly aligns with our strategic vision for Product - SportsCove. He holds a background in Sports Management and Communications from Washington State University (WSU) in USA and has valuable experience working across several sporting bodies, such as USGA (US Golf Association). 

Tanner is also a licensed and certified Boxing and Fitness trainer in Washington since 2016. His background brings a deeper understanding of features and needs best suited for a sports and fitness app to grow globally.

 Poojita Sharan joins the ConsultCraft Executive Team based out of New Jersey, USA. She has a proven track record of managing technical operations for large enterprises and partnerships. She holds a dual degree from Rutgers University, USA in Religion/Religious Studies and Communications. At Rutgers, she was actively involved in professional engineering fraternities and creative workshops.

 When not working, Poojita prefers to spend her time across Volunteering, Filmmaking and teaching under privileged children.

 Grace Coury brings a wealth of relevant experience to our Company for strategy and overall direction. She has previously worked in roles such as Brand Consultant, as a Product Strategy Consultant and as a Creative Services Project Manager for renowned brands like Dansk, Food52, and Schoolhouse in New York City. Grace has also managed Amazon’s largest Fashion Studio in US - located in New York, as an Operations Lead and Program Manager for multiple years where she delivered exceptional ROI for business partners. 

 Grace’s holistic experience enables her to effectively lead cross-geographical collaborations, streamline strategy, and guide our internal teams towards achieving our ambitious company goals. 

 Andrew brings over a decade of experience in business development, sales strategy and growth across both large enterprises and mid sized companies. Known for his results-driven approach, he has a proven track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies, building high value partnerships, and scaling businesses to achieve impactful market results. With a deep understanding of business development and a passion for strategic product placement, Andrew is dedicated to uncovering new opportunities and driving growth, particularly in the sports and tech industries. 

A strong background in sports and leadership underscores Andrew's dynamic profile. As a former state champion wrestler in New Hampshire, US, an NCAA Scholar-Athlete, and captain of the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, he embodies discipline, teamwork and determination. 

Now based in Tampa, Florida, Andrew continues to embrace his passion for fitness, spending his spare time training in wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and marathon running. His unique blend of business acumen and athletic experience makes him an invaluable asset to ConsultCraft Inc., where he's helping drive the company's vision and success forward. 

  Abhishek is a Software Developer based in Lucknow, India. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Galgotias University. 

He has extensive experience in creating projects using Java for Android, React Native, and React. His core interests lie in cryptography algorithms, Secret Sharing and Multi-Party Computation. By combining various technologies, Abhishek thrives in developing innovative applications that leverage advanced data retrieval, secure computation, and scalable cloud solutions.  He is an avid gamer, music and travel enthusiast - things he enjoys to unwind when not coding.
